This course was designed for education professionals who want to integrate music into their daily work in an accessible, structured and pedagogically purposeful way. Music is approached as a tool for participation, expression, listening, cooperation, creativity and group management, connected to differentiated teaching strategies, active learning and project-based learning.

No advanced musical knowledge required.
The training begins with accessible resources that can be applied immediately.

Classrooms, preschool, primary education, ATL, CAF, holiday camps and educational projects.

What you will learn

Voice, singing and choral practice

Safe use of the voice, repertoire selection, call and response, simple songs and strategies for leading vocal activities.

Rhythm, movement and percussion

Rhythmic games, pulse, coordination, body percussion, small percussion instruments and the development of progressive group activities.

Simple instruments

Exploration of accessible resources such as Boomwhackers, Orff instruments, small keyboards, ukuleles, percussion instruments and sound-producing objects.

Accessible technology

Apps, backing tracks, basic recording, simple digital resources and tools to support the creation and organisation of musical activities.

Songwriting

Creating songs through simple formulas: themes, choruses, short verses, rhythmic patterns, ostinatos, intuitive melodies and adaptation to educational projects.

Group management and differentiation

Strategies for large groups, role distribution, adaptation to different ability levels, inclusive participation and connections to interdisciplinary projects.

Proposed schedule

To make participation easier for professionals working in educational settings, the training is planned as weekly 2.5-hour sessions at the end of the day.
