Introductory Instrument Program
6 to 8 y.o.
The Interartes Introductory Instrument Programme is designed for children aged 6 to 8, offering a first experience of instrumental practice in a playful, creative and structured way.
Throughout the programme, children explore sound, rhythm and motor coordination through musical games, short pieces and group activities.
No previous musical knowledge is required: each child learns to play, listen and create music, while developing focus, confidence and artistic sensitivity.

Early Childhood
up to 5 y.o.
At Interartes, music is experienced from the earliest years as a sensory, emotional and creative journey.
Our Early Childhood Music programme supports cognitive, motor and emotional development through sound, movement and interaction.
Led by specialised professionals, each session encourages listening, expression and imagination in a safe, engaging and nurturing environment.
Scientific studies have shown that early contact with music can support language development, attention and emotional self-regulation, while also strengthening the bond between the child and the adult caregiver.
At Interartes, music becomes a starting point for growing, communicating and discovering the world.

Choir
The Interartes Choir is an artistic space open to children and adults, where music is experienced in community.
Through repertoire ranging from traditional to contemporary music, we work on vocal technique, tuning, interpretation and expression, always adapted to the level and profile of each group.
Guided by specialised teachers and supported by regular rehearsals in a collaborative environment, the Interartes Choir develops discipline, confidence and team spirit — while celebrating the joy of singing together.
Street Beats
Street Beats – Urban Percussion
Street Beats is a vibrant experience of rhythm, movement and collective energy.
Students explore percussion using everyday objects — buckets, cans and drums — developing coordination, active listening and creativity in a dynamic group setting.
Led by Miguel Marques, the project brings together students of different ages in a collaborative environment, with regular performances at the school's concerts.
Rhythm, movement and community — where everyone plays to the same beat.
