Copying, reproducing, distributing or modifying this content without written authorisation is strictly prohibited.

Creating an account may be required for purchases, bookings, access to the reserved area or viewing order history.
The user agrees to:
Provide accurate and up-to-date information
Keep their password confidential
Notify Interartes in case of misuse of their account
Interartes may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

All products and services are described as accurately as possible, though minor variations in colour, format or availability may occur.

6. Prices and Payments
All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include VAT at the legal rate, except when mentioned.
The final price is confirmed at checkout before completing the purchase.
Promotions or discount codes may apply.
Accepted payment methods: MBWAY, Stripe, PayPal.
For digital products, access is usually immediate after payment confirmation.
For services (e.g., lessons), scheduling is completed after payment confirmation or according to Interartes' internal policies.

7. Deliveries and Shipping

7.1. Physical Products
Deliveries within Mainland Portugal and/or Islands (adjust if applicable).
Estimated delivery times are indicated on each product page.
Shipping costs are shown at checkout.

7.2. Digital Products
Immediate delivery via email or user account area.
The user is responsible for ensuring the email provided is valid.

7.3. Services (e.g., lessons, workshops)
Scheduling is carried out according to published availability or after direct contact from Interartes.
No-shows without prior notice may result in loss of the session according to internal policy.

8. Cancellations, Exchanges and Returns
We comply with Decree-Law no. 24/2014 (consumer rights for distance purchases).

8.1. Right of Withdrawal (14 days)
The consumer may cancel a purchase of a physical product within 14 days of receipt, provided that:
The product is intact
In its original packaging
With no signs of use

Legal exceptions where the right to return does NOT apply:
Digital products downloaded after purchase (e-books, PDFs, sheet music)
Services that have already begun
Individual lessons or packages with a scheduled date
Customised or made-to-order products
Event tickets with a fixed date

8.2. Refunds
Refunds are issued using the original payment method, after the product is received and verified.

8.3. Cancellation of Services (Vouchers, Workshops, Studio)
The specific policy is indicated on each product/service page.
In general:
Cancellations with more than 24 hours' notice may be rescheduled
Late cancellations may result in loss of the session fee

9. Interartes' Responsibility
Interartes is not responsible for:
Occasional errors on the website
Temporary service interruptions
Losses resulting from misuse of the site
Failures by third-party services (carriers, payment systems)
However, we are committed to continually providing accurate, up-to-date information and a reliable service.

Interartes is not responsible for the content, security or privacy policies of those websites.

11. Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by Portuguese law.
Any disputes will be settled in Portuguese courts.
